| 15 killed in plane crahs in Siberia |
| Russia's Emergencies Ministry says a passenger plane has crashed near a city in northern Siberia, killing 15 people aboard.
Ministry spokeswoman Irina Andryanova says the Antonov-24 twin turboprop plane went down Monday on approach to the airport in the town of Igarka.
